Convert timing to your time zone here.
The old form has fallen away and the new has not yet materialised.
A few months ago you may have had many plans—even dreams—for things you’d be doing and people you’d be meeting with for this exact period of time that looked and sounded good.
But now, here we are… in a new space and time, where the old shapes and patterns are transforming right before our eyes.
Even though things may seem scary in moments, we believe many of us have been waiting for a long time for this level of transformational possibility.
Things are changing because things need to change.
We’re being called to face the unknown and let go of playing safe. It’s time to show up and experiment doing things in a different manner.
A new reality is emerging.
And it’s impossible to know how it will turn out at this point in the process.
And if we can’t go outside, let’s go inside. But most importantly, let’s do it together as a community.
So we’re inviting you to a weekly online gathering called Join the Pause to do exactly that.
You might be asking yourself: Why Join the Pause when everything had already stopped and is stuck?
Well, because even though we’re forced to spend more time at home and that might create the illusion of pause for some of us, the truth is that there’s more restlessness in our lives than ever before—from the constant stream of online informations to having to respond to family obligations, among so many other things.
So let’s co-create this much needed pause and go DEEP into ourselves to process all that was and is arising, and create a strong foundation for what’s coming ahead.
A pause doesn’t mean nothingness. Quite the opposite—it’s full of potential. It’s actually the place where resides the potential to understand everything—thoughts, feelings, etc. A pause provides us with an invitation to explore life in a different way.
But the pauses we used to have were mainly for commuting from one space to another and, at the moment, are mostly gone. So what to do? We need them—we need this pause outside of our everyday reality.
All of these changes are calling for a deep adaptation from our dear bodies and psyches already on the edge of their capacity.
It’s calling for a revolution of self-mastery—an initiation into radical self-care, self-regulation and self-agency.
